Our LinkedIn Advertising Services

LinkedIn is the advertising platform built around work. You choose who sees an ad by their job title, function and seniority, and by the size and industry of the company they work for. With more than 1 billion members in more than 200 countries and territories, it is where the people who sign B2B contracts can be reached by role rather than guessed at by interest.

That precision usually costs more per click than other platforms, so mistakes cost more too: audiences cut so narrow that LinkedIn barely shows the ads, one format tried and abandoned, no tracking between a click and a sale. Our job is to put your budget where it produces pipeline, and to show you the numbers that prove it.

Our specialists have managed eight-figure ad spend and worked on advertising for global brands such as L’Oréal, Lacoste and Jotform. That is the level of experience applied to your LinkedIn account.

  1. LinkedIn Ads Strategy & Audiences

We start with who signs the contract and who influences it, then build the audiences, budget split and campaign structure to reach them. You approve the plan before any money is spent.

  2. Sponsored Content Ads

Single image, carousel and video ads in the LinkedIn feed, written for the people you sell to and run in more than one version, so the budget follows the ad that works.

  3. Lead Gen Form Campaigns

Forms that open inside LinkedIn already filled in from the member’s profile, so a decision-maker can ask for a call without leaving the feed. We keep them short and connect them to your CRM.

  4. Document Ads

A guide, a report or a checklist people can read in the feed and download in exchange for their details. Often the most natural offer when your buyers research before they talk to anyone.

  5. Thought Leader Ads

Your founder’s or your experts’ own posts, promoted to the audience you choose, with their permission. A person often earns attention that a company page does not.

  6. Conversation & Message Ads

Messages delivered to LinkedIn inboxes, used sparingly and only where a direct invitation is the natural next step: an event, a demo or a report.

  7. Account-Based Campaigns & Retargeting

Upload the companies you want to win and we reach the right roles inside them, then follow up with the people who visited your site, watched a video or opened a form.

  8. Conversion Tracking & Reporting

The LinkedIn Insight Tag and Conversions API set up together, tied to your CRM, so every report reads in leads and pipeline rather than clicks and impressions.

Reachable like a colleague, not a support ticket.

Local business. A clinic, a dealership, a restaurant group: the demand is already here and already looking.

Ecommerce. A shop that sells online: most of the work is buying the demand and keeping the store fast.

SaaS. Software sold by subscription: found on its own terms, and sold to as well as marketed at.

Manufacturer. A business that sells to other businesses in volume, where the order comes after a conversation.

B2B services. A firm that sells expertise: most of the effort is starting conversations with the right people.

What Makes a LinkedIn Ad Work, Part by Part

Every ad we put live is checked against these six parts, from the name it comes from to the form it opens. The limits quoted are LinkedIn’s own.

  1. Who It Comes From

Your company page, or a person. Thought Leader Ads let a founder’s or an expert’s own post carry the message, with their permission, and people often stop for a person sooner than for a logo.

  2. The First 150 Characters

LinkedIn advises keeping the introductory text to 150 characters so it is not cut off behind “see more”. The first line has to name the reader’s problem; everything after it is optional reading.

  3. The Picture, Video or Document

What stops the scroll. Our in-house design team makes it, and we run more than one version from the start, so the campaign learns which one works instead of guessing.

  4. The Headline

Under the picture, and LinkedIn cuts it short after 70 characters. We use it to say what someone gets by clicking, not who we are.

  5. The Button

LinkedIn offers a set list of buttons rather than free text. We choose the one that matches the offer, because a button that promises a guide and opens a sales form loses trust in one click.

  6. The Lead Gen Form

It opens inside LinkedIn, already filled in from the member’s profile. LinkedIn suggests three to four fields; every extra question costs completed forms, so we ask only what your sales team needs to follow up.

04

Who Sees Your Ads: Targeting by Job, Not by Guesswork

Each layer narrows the audience, and the skill is knowing when to stop. LinkedIn will not run an ad set below 300 member accounts and suggests a minimum of 50,000 to drive results, so we narrow by what predicts a sale and let the ads do the rest.

  1. Where They Are

Every LinkedIn campaign must name a location. For a UK business it usually starts as the UK, or the regions you can serve.

  2. What They Do

Job function or exact job titles. Titles are precise; functions also reach the people whose titles you would not think to list.

  3. How Senior They Are

LinkedIn maps every job title to a level of seniority, so we can reach directors and above without listing each title one by one.

  4. Where They Work

Company size, industry and, where it matters, revenue or growth rate: the businesses that can actually buy from you.

  5. The Companies You Want

Your target accounts, uploaded as a list. LinkedIn matches them to their company pages, and we reach the right roles inside each one.

05

Are LinkedIn Ads Right for Your Business?

LinkedIn Ads usually pay when

  • You sell to businesses, and one customer is worth thousands rather than tens
  • Your buyers can be described by job title, seniority or the company they work for
  • More than one person decides, over weeks or months
  • You have a list of companies you want to win
  • Your team can follow up a new lead within a day

Look elsewhere first when

  • You sell low-priced consumer products: Meta or TikTok usually reach buyers for less
  • People already search for what you sell: Google Ads catches them at the moment they look
  • The budget cannot cover a real test: LinkedIn’s minimum is $10 a day, and a test that teaches anything needs more
  • You need sales this week from people who have never heard of you

06

How We Run Your LinkedIn Ads, Week by Week

  1. Week 1: Audit and Tracking

We review any past campaigns, install the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Conversions API, and agree what counts as a result: a form, a booked call, an opportunity in your CRM.

  2. Week 2: Audiences and Ads

We build the audiences and write and design the first ads, at least two versions of each, so the first weeks teach us something. You approve everything before it runs.

  3. Weeks 3-4: Launch and First Reading

Campaigns go live on a controlled budget. We check delivery and costs as the data arrives, report weekly, and cut what is not working before it spends more.

  4. Month 2 Onwards: Scale and Retarget

Budget moves to the audiences and ads producing leads at a cost you are happy with. We add retargeting for people who engaged, and account lists for the companies you most want to win.

LinkedIn Marketing Agency: Frequently Asked Questions

How much do LinkedIn Ads cost?

LinkedIn Ads are bought in an auction, so there is no fixed price per click. What you pay depends on the audience, how many other advertisers want it and the objective you choose: depending on the objective, LinkedIn charges by impression, by click or, for messaging ads, by send. LinkedIn’s own minimum daily budget is $10, but a test that teaches you anything usually needs more.

Our management fee is separate and fixed: from £1,200 per month, with Business Plus at £1,600 and Enterprise at £3,000.

Is LinkedIn advertising worth it for B2B companies?

It is when one customer is worth enough to pay for the clicks. A click on LinkedIn usually costs more than one on Meta, and LinkedIn is where you can reach a finance director at a 200-person manufacturer by their job and their company rather than by guessing at their interests. For B2B services, software and high-value products with a sales cycle of weeks, that precision usually pays. For low-priced consumer products, Meta or TikTok will usually reach buyers for less.

Do you charge a percentage of our ad spend?

No. Our fee is fixed by the package you choose, whatever you spend on LinkedIn. We do not receive commissions, rebates or any other payments from LinkedIn or the other platforms we manage; the only money we receive is the fee you pay us.

How big should our target audience be?

Big enough for LinkedIn to deliver and learn. LinkedIn will not run an ad set below 300 member accounts, and suggests a minimum of 50,000 to drive results. When a list of companies or job titles comes in smaller than that, we widen by function or seniority rather than shrink the budget.

What is the difference between LinkedIn Ads and LinkedIn outreach?

LinkedIn Ads are paid: your message appears in the feed or the inbox of the people you target, and you pay LinkedIn for the reach. LinkedIn outreach is unpaid: connection requests and messages sent from a person’s own profile, one conversation at a time. Ads reach thousands of people quickly and make your name familiar; outreach starts direct conversations. We run both, and they work well together: the ads warm up the companies the outreach is about to contact.

Can you take over our existing LinkedIn Campaign Manager account?

Yes. We prefer to work in your existing account, because it holds your conversion history, your audiences and what your past campaigns have already learned. The account stays yours: we are added as users, and you can remove us whenever you choose.

Do you create the ads as well as manage the campaigns?

Yes. If you already have creative, we work with it. If not, our in-house design team prepares the images, video and documents your campaigns need, at no additional cost.

How do you measure results?

In leads and pipeline, not clicks. We set up the LinkedIn Insight Tag on your website and the Conversions API alongside it, which LinkedIn deduplicates so each conversion is counted once, and connect your form leads to your CRM. Every week you see what was spent, what it produced and what we are changing next.
